Varstaff is currently searching for a Maintenance Associate professional!
This is an immediate need.
Hourly Rate: $24.00–$26.00
Shift: Monday-Friday with weekends as needed, 7am until 3-5pm
• Overtime expected
• No per diem (local candidates preferred)
The Maintenance Associate is responsible to perform maintenance activities per the Maintenance Program and ensure on-time delivery of equipment in accordance with operational demand. The Maintenance Associate supports initiatives to improve the maintenance-related Cost of Service Delivery (CoSD), Maintenance Efficiency, People Productivity, and Asset Availability within the Center of Reliability and Efficiency (CRE) or Maintenance Base (MB), or Maintenance Center.
* Under direct supervision of either a Maintenance Supervisor, or Maintenance Technician, perform assigned higher-level maintenance activities.
* Adhere to transactional discipline within Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) business systems, accurately capturing maintenance related data.
* Comply with Schlumberger and respective division TLM standards.
* Maintain and build competency in compliance with the TLM Competency Management System.* Participate in and support continuous improvement (CI) initiatives.

Education/Certification Requirements
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
Length of Assignment
• 6 months with potential for conversion to FTE
Work Environment
• Casual dress code under provided PPE
