This entry-level role participates in financial management planning to include business unit/area financial planning, overhead, and general & administrative planning, ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting and coordinating submittals to business area and corporate entities. Responsibilities:
Provide analytics and oversight of financials, resource planning, and performance measurements.
Participate in indirect rate planning.
Support the development and implementation of financial management plans.
Coordinate and ensure the accuracy of financial deliverables to corporate entities.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports and presentations.
Conduct detailed financial and variance analysis to understand business performance and identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and analysis initiatives.
Support month-end and year-end closing processes.

| Skills: |
Qualifications You Must Have:
0-2 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, accounting, or a related field.
In the absence of a degree, a minimum of 4 years of related experience is required.
Ability to analyze and interpret financial data and prepare financial reports and/or projections.
Ability to leverage advancing financial tech to continuously improve modeling, forecasting, and financial insights.
Familiarity with Profit and Loss statements.
Qualifications We Prefer:
Enthusiasm for the Aerospace and Defense industry.
Advanced skills in MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
Prior experience with IT or technology spend analysis
Essential Functions:
Ability to work in an office or hybrid environment.
Ability to work on a computer for extended periods.
Strong hand/finger dexterity for computer tasks.
Ability to occasionally lift/move up to 20 pounds.
