Varstaff is searching for Commercial Construction Superintendents. 

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all on-site activities, ensuring construction progresses in accordance with blueprints, design specifications, and the critical path schedule.
• Manage and schedule all trade contractors, ensuring they adhere to their scopes of work, safety standards, and project timelines.
• Lead daily safety briefings, implement emergency protocols, and maintain strict OSHA compliance to guarantee a hazard-free work environment for all crews.
• Inspect daily workmanship to identify deficiencies, ensure adherence to contract documents, and manage final project punch lists
• Maintain detailed daily logs, track material deliveries, manage RFIs (Requests for Information), and coordinate local municipal inspections.
• Strong understanding of commercial building methods, materials (steel, concrete, masonry), and the ability to read and interpret complex blueprints.
• Exceptional conflict-resolution, delegation, and time-management skills to keep diverse teams motivated and focused.
