About the Role
This entry-level position provides an opportunity to learn and assist with planning and scheduling the movement of raw materials, packaging, parts, components, services, and finished goods through the production and inventory pipeline. You will support the team in ensuring a smooth, controlled flow of materials and executing the master production plan.
Key Responsibilities

Material & Production Tracking: Assist with planning and scheduling the movement of raw materials, parts, components, and finished goods through the production process.

Problem Solving: Assist in troubleshooting potential scheduling bottlenecks and tracking production or material deficiencies.

System Implementation: Implement the master production plan through the material management system to ensure successful execution of the product life cycle.
Qualifications & Requirements

Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field, with 0–2 years of relevant experience (related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree).

Technical Knowledge: A basic understanding of master production planning and exposure to the engineering change process.

Schematic Literacy: Familiarity with reading applicable technical schematics, diagrams, blueprints, manuals, and publications.
Preferred (Nice to Have)

Prior experience with Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and/or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.

Academic or professional experience in Supply Chain Management or Operations Management.

Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFAR) and the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC).

Professional background in the Aerospace and Defense industry, the US Department of Defense, or the US Military.
Physical Demands & Working Conditions

Physical Mobility: Frequent walking, sitting, standing, and climbing of stairs or steps.

Dexterity: Frequent repetitive hand, arm, and finger motions, including basic manual dexterity.
